課程費用只包含教學費用，並不包含纜車票，租借，等等。

租借時間，休息時間，以及全體課程的用餐時間都包含在課程時間內。

取消及退款政策 / Cancellation and Refund Policy
60天前通知取消：全額退款。
60 days prior: Full refund.
21至59天前通知取消：退還課程費用的50%。
21 to 59 days prior: 50% refund of the course fee.
20天前至當日通知取消：不予退款。但若因突發身體不適或與本校無關之受傷等因素取消課程，並提供診斷證明書者，將酌收手續費20,000日圓，退還剩餘課程費用。未能提出診斷證明書者，恕不退款。
20 days prior or on the day of the lesson: No refund. However, if the cancellation is due to sudden illness or injury unrelated to us, and a medical certificate is provided, a cancellation fee of JPY 20,000 will be deducted and the remainder will be refunded. No refund will be given without a medical certificate.
不可抗力情況：若因天氣變化、道路封閉、滑雪場關閉、入境規定變更等不可抗力原因無法參加課程者，可依照30天前通知取消的規則全額退款。
Force Majeure: In the case of weather changes, road closures, ski resort closures, or changes in entry regulations, a full refund will be issued according to the 30-day prior cancellation policy.
政府政策限制：若因日本政府政策變更導致觀光限制，課程費用將全額退還。
Government Restrictions: If Japanese government policy changes result in travel restrictions, the full course fee will be refunded.
60 days prior: Full refund.
21至59天前通知取消：退還課程費用的50%。
